Golden Key Real Estate Services Rental Analysis
We will look at the rental market in your particular area, survey the competition and advise you on a rental price ensuring that your property is both competitively and correctly priced. We will also provide recommendations for rental increases.

In addition to placing your property on our portfolio, we collaborate with other real estate companies.
Tenancy Agreements
Once a tenant has been found, the Property Management Company will have the tenant complete our own carefully prepared Tenancy Agreement which is compliant with all current laws and regulations. A copy of this Agreement is available for your viewing should you wish to make any additions specific to your property.
Rental Management
Once your property has been successfully rented and during the entire rental period, the Property Management dept. will carry out the following services on your behalf:
• Rent collection and banking
• Utilities bills payment check
• Maintain tenants relations
• Provide 24 hour answering service for tenants in case of emergency
• Carry out regular property inspections
• Arrange for any repairs or maintenance work to be carried out
